Issue No. 15,139 Target ... Until the 8th of Next Month
Sancheong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 19th that it will conduct a public inspection of individual housing prices and prices of multi-family housing (apartments, row houses, multi-unit houses) as of January 1, 2024, and accept written opinions.
The inspection targets are 15,139 individual houses and the combined land and building prices of multi-family housing.
The inspection can be done through the county website, the county office's finance department, or the eup/myeon offices.
Housing owners and other stakeholders who have opinions on the inspection results can submit a written opinion by April 8.
The county plans to individually notify the submitters by April 24 after re-investigation and verification by the real estate original source.
The individual housing prices will be finalized and publicly announced on April 30 after review by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and will be used as tax data for local and national taxes.
