On the 13th, major European stock markets all started on an upward trend.
As of 5:08 PM (Korean time) early in the session, the UK FTSE index was trading at 7,752.57, up 0.06% from the previous close, while the German DAX index was up 0.15% at 17,991.33. The French CAC index also recorded a 0.17% increase from the previous trading day, standing at 8,101.07.
The Euro Stoxx 600 index was trading at 506.66, up 0.03% from the previous day.
CNBC reported that "investors, having seen the recent US Consumer Price Index (CPI) data release and the UK Gross Domestic Product (GDP) announcement, are cautiously driving the European stock markets higher."
