Changnyeong-gun, Individual Official Land Prices as of January 1 Available for Viewing and Public Comments

From March 19 to April 8, Landowners and Stakeholders' Opinions Accepted

Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 13th that it has completed the calculation and verification of individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1, 2024, and will receive opinions from landowners and stakeholders from the 19th of this month until April 8.

The subject of this review includes a total of 230,154 parcels within the jurisdiction. The county calculated the individual publicly announced land prices based on the prices of comparable standard land announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, after reviewing related documents on the characteristics of individual land and conducting on-site investigations, and then completed verification by certified appraisers.

If there are any opinions after reviewing the individual publicly announced land prices, they can be submitted via the county website, the Civil Service Department at the county office, or the town and township offices. The individual publicly announced land prices will be finalized and announced on April 30.

The county will re-investigate whether the submitted opinions maintain balance with the prices of nearby land and comparable standard land. Afterwards, the results will be notified to the submitters following re-verification by the responsible certified appraiser and deliberation by the Changnyeong-gun Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee.

County Governor Seong Nak-in stated, “Since individual publicly announced land prices are used as the basis for levying land-related taxes such as capital gains tax, property tax, acquisition tax, and various charges, we have been careful in their calculation,” and added, “Landowners and stakeholders are urged to submit their opinions within the period to ensure that the land is fairly evaluated.”
