35 Graduates Earn Master’s Degrees in Real Estate

University Development Fund Donation of 55 Million Won

The Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University (Dean Kang Jeong-gyu) held the "2023 Academic Year First Semester Graduate School of Real Estate Master's Degree Conferment Ceremony" at 2 p.m. on the 24th in the Seokdang Art Hall of the International Building.

On the 24th, the Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University held the 2023 Master's Degree Conferment Ceremony.

At the degree conferment ceremony, 35 graduates of the 5th class and the faculty of the Graduate School of Real Estate attended. The event proceeded with the introduction of the Graduate School of Real Estate's history, degree conferment, presentation of a commemorative plaque to the dean, awarding of merit plaques, and presentation of souvenirs from the Alumni Association and the Graduate Student Association.

Kang Jeong-gyu, Dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate, congratulated the graduates, saying, "I extend my congratulations to the graduates who have enhanced their competitiveness through the four-semester degree program and are taking a step forward toward another path of success. I hope you all achieve what you aspire to with pride as the 5th graduates of Dong-Eui University Graduate School of Real Estate."

In particular, the 35 graduates donated 55 million KRW to the university development fund for the advancement of the university and the Graduate School of Real Estate.

The Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University offers three majors in its master's degree program: Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development and Construction, and Real Estate Asset Management (with an admission quota of 40 students). Additionally, it operates a separate Real Estate Investment and Financial Technology course (1 year, 2 semesters).
