LF Daks Launches Women's Quilted Outerwear Line

DAKS, operated by LF, announced on the 10th that it will showcase a women's quilting outerwear line designed based on the main theme of this year's second half collection, 'FACETS OF THE QUEEN.'

Designed by Luc Goidadin, DAKS' Creative Director and former Burberry designer, the DAKS 2023 Fall/Winter (FW) collection modernizes the elegance and charm of British queens, capturing the diverse beauty of women. The luxurious fabrics and subdued colors feature items suitable for the 'Old Money Look,' which pursues simple sophistication. This highlights DAKS' direction of presenting a modern style while maintaining a classic sensibility.

This DAKS quilting outerwear line overall uses lightweight quilting materials and techniques to enhance lightness and warmth, combining toned-down colors and classic designs to embody practicality and luxury. The representative item, the 'Belted A-line Long Quilting Coat,' applies a flare fit design that narrows at the waist and naturally widens at the lower part, creating a slimming effect. It offers various styling options with a subtle sheen and a detachable hood. Made from thin and lightweight quilting material, it provides a light yet warm wearing experience. The coat is available in two colors: brown and deep blue.
