'Smart Tong·Ban' Service Launched for Easy and Fast Guro-gu Tong·Ban Verification... Accessible via Guro Website on PC and Smart Devices Without Separate App Installation

Guro-gu (District Mayor Moon Heon-il) has established and launched the 'Smart Tong-Ban' system, which allows users to view administrative districts within the area at a glance.

The 'Smart Tong-Ban' system is a program that spatially maps 629 tongs and 4,926 bans within the region, enabling users to see administrative districts at a glance.

To enhance administrative efficiency and residents' convenience, the district began digitization work in March and completed the system in July.

Without installing a separate app, anyone can access the system through the district's website on PCs and smart devices.

By entering a road name or lot number address into the system, users can identify the corresponding tong and ban, check tong-ban information for individual houses and apartment households, and view the tongjang (tong chief) information for the respective dong.

Linked with community service centers and the Government24 website, the system also allows easy access to other civil services and provides various statistical information such as Guro-gu’s area, population, and number of households.

A Guro-gu official stated, “We plan to add building-specific tong-ban information next year,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to provide diverse administrative information to residents.”
