Newbility, an indoor and outdoor autonomous driving robot service platform company (CEO Sangmin Lee), announced on the 12th that it has signed a technology cooperation MOU with HL Clemoove, a specialized autonomous driving solution company (CEO Palju Yoon), to develop autonomous driving robot functions.

The two companies have agreed to engage in comprehensive cooperation, including joint development of autonomous driving robot functions and exploration of joint business opportunities. To this end, they plan to integrate Newbility's autonomous driving hardware and software technologies with HL Clemoove's extensive autonomous driving solutions to improve functions and create synergy.

HL Clemoove provides software and integrated solutions for autonomous driving to various domestic and international automakers. Through this collaboration, they plan to develop radar and various solutions for autonomous driving robots.
