Sajo Daelim Launches Premium 3 Types of 'The Crispiest Tonkatsu'

Sajo Daerim announced on the 17th that it has launched three premium pork cutlet products under the Daerimseon brand: 'The Crispy Whole Loin Pork Cutlet,' 'The Crispy Cheese Pork Cutlet,' and 'One-Bite Mini Pork Cutlet,' which are easy to prepare.

The Crispy Pork Cutlet series is characterized by using domestic pork fried in a batter containing domestic rice flour, resulting in a crispy texture. The Crispy Whole Loin Pork Cutlet uses thick whole pork loin, allowing consumers to enjoy a juicy and mild flavor. The Crispy Cheese Pork Cutlet features a recipe that adds mozzarella cheese to the pork, enhancing its flavor. The One-Bite Mini Pork Cutlet comes in two shapes, round and square, adding fun both in eating and appearance.

The three new pork cutlet products are pre-fried, making them easy to prepare at home using a frying pan or air fryer. Additionally, Sajo Daerim introduced new products targeting the camping season, including Daerimseon’s 'Pocha Odeng Skewers' and Sajo Anshim’s 'Oven-Grilled Chicken Wings' and 'Oven-Grilled Chicken Drumsticks.'
