Support of 2.42 Million Won for Postpartum Care Center Labor Costs and Food Expenses
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Cheon-seok] Jeollanam-do Boseong-gun announced that it is accepting applications for the ‘Farm Season Village Communal Meal Support Project,’ which is being implemented to address labor shortages during the busy farming season and improve agricultural productivity, until the 24th.
The ‘Farm Season Village Communal Meal Support Project’ supports 97 villages that have meal facilities and can provide meals for 20 or more people for at least 25 days.
This project provides 2.42 million KRW per site for cook wages and food purchase costs, and village representatives can apply through the eup/myeon administrative welfare centers.
This project not only reduces meal preparation time during the busy farming season, allowing farmers to focus on farming activities, but also receives positive responses from residents as it enhances community spirit by having villagers eat together, establishing itself as a vital project during the farm season.
A county official stated, “Since this project can provide practical help to labor-short rural areas, we will actively promote it so that more residents can benefit.”
