Chicken King features a juicy whole chicken thigh meat patty coated with spicy jambalaya seasoning and fried to a crispy texture, delivering a ‘crispy outside, tender inside’ chicken patty. The brioche bun used in Burger King’s premium burger line “X” series offers a rich buttery aroma to the finish, and the smoky mustard sauce balances the spicy chicken patty.
The two varieties are ‘Chicken King,’ which allows you to best enjoy the original flavor of the chicken patty, and ‘Chicken King BLT,’ which enhances the taste with the harmony of tomato, bacon, and lettuce.
Burger King selected AKMU (Akdong Musician) Lee Chan-hyuk as the new product model and released two advertisement videos inspired by Lee Chan-hyuk, featuring photo shoot-like cinematic visuals.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the launch of Chicken King, Burger King is running a promotion for seven days until the 15th, offering a regular size Coca-Cola for 100 won when purchasing a single Chicken King. The promotion is available at Burger King stores nationwide except for delivery and some locations, and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
