On the 3rd, rain is falling mainly in the central region, and on Tuesday the 4th, temperatures are expected to gradually drop after the rain.


According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the entire country will be cloudy on the 4th with rain until the morning, mostly stopping afterward. However, rain will continue until noon in the eastern part of Jeolla and the Gyeongnam area, and until night in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, northern Chungbuk, and the Gyeongbuk region. Rain in the Yeongdong area of Gangwon is expected to continue until the next day.


Expected rainfall from the 3rd to the 4th is 10 to 60 mm in the central region, northern Gyeongbuk, northern Jeonbuk, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo. Some areas in the Seoul metropolitan area, western Gangwon, Chungnam region, and northern Chungbuk may receive over 80 mm of rain.


The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 15 and 23 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius.


Wave heights will be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.


Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 2.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
