In the metropolitan area, sales will take place in only two locations. On the 14th, subscription applications for the first priority local area will be accepted for "Pyeongchon Doosan We've The Prime," located in Hogye-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 6 buildings, ranging from basement level 2 to 32 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 49 to 84㎡, totaling 456 households, of which 178 are general sales.
The next day, on the 15th, "Seoul Eunpyeong New Town Dietre The First," located in Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, will accept subscription applications. It consists of 15 buildings, ranging from basement level 5 to 15 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 452 households, of which 82 units in this supply are private rentals.
In the provinces, sales will take place in Gyeongnam, Busan, and Gangwon. On the 15th, subscription applications will be accepted for "e-Pyeonhansesang Juchon The Premier (992 households)" located in Juchon-myeon, Gimhae-si, Gyeongnam, "Guseo Daum Park (84 households)" in Guseo-dong, Geumjeong-gu, Busan, and "Yangyang Sweet M The Ocean (209 households)" in Yangyang-eup, Yangyang-gun, Gangwon.
Winners will be announced in 14 locations, and official contracts will be signed in 8 locations.
