Lotte Construction is planning to sell units of ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ in the Sanha-dong area of Buk-gu, Ulsan. An ‘infinity pool’ will be installed on the 43rd floor, and in addition, a sky lounge and golf practice range are also planned to provide visitors with a special experience.
‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ consists of three buildings ranging from five basement floors to 43 floors above ground, with a total of 696 units sized between 63 and 259㎡. By unit size, there are ▲319 units of 63㎡A ▲7 units of 63㎡B ▲183 units of 92㎡A ▲150 units of 92㎡B ▲7 units of 104㎡A ▲9 units of 104㎡B ▲12 units of 104㎡C ▲7 units of 104㎡D ▲2 units of 259㎡P, offering nine diverse types tailored to meet the needs and lifestyles of consumers.
A standout feature of ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ is that it is a residential lodging facility built within the largest-ever Lotte Resort. This allows residents to enjoy the vast resort infrastructure up close. The resort, planned as a ‘one-stop’ leisure and recreation facility covering approximately 108,708㎡ (equivalent to 15 soccer fields), will include residential lodging facilities, condominiums, a garden-style water park, a 30-meter deep diving pool, a historic park, a glamping site, and various retail facilities.
Additionally, visitors of ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ will have access to private exclusive community facilities. The complex is situated on elevated terrain, allowing ocean views even from the second floor. Especially, the view of the sea and sky from the infinity pool on the 43rd floor is expected to provide visitors with an exhilarating experience. Furthermore, fitness facilities and a golf practice range will be available, and dining in the sky lounge promises to offer a unique experience.
‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ is designed for the whole family. All units are configured as 2- to 3-room layouts, providing spacious and comfortable spaces that offer a degree of independence among family members. Following the successful launches of ‘Lotte Castle De Mer’ (349:1) and ‘Lotte Castle Le West’ (657:1) last year, another ambitious project, ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina,’ is preparing to debut in Ulsan.
Since ‘Ulsan Lotte Castle Blue Marina’ is developed as a residential lodging facility, it is relatively free from various regulations compared to apartments or officetels. There are no resale restrictions, mortgage loan regulations do not apply, and it is relatively exempt from various tax burdens.
Future improvements in accessibility are also a positive factor. The Ulsan Outer Ring Expressway is scheduled to open around 2027 as planned, and with the completion of four railway construction projects in the southeastern region, regional accessibility is expected to improve significantly.
