Amid Strong Brand Apartment Market, Shinsegae Construction Launches 'Billive Lucent' in Daegu

Amid Strong Brand Apartment Market, Shinsegae Construction Launches 'Billive Lucent' in Daegu

Branded apartments are showing strong performance in the real estate market. This is because complexes with the rarity of branded apartments and specialized designs and product planning are expected to command high premiums.


Especially in provincial areas, the top priority condition that buyers consider when purchasing or subscribing to apartments is whether the apartment is branded. This is due to the strong expectation that the apartment can become a flagship property leading the local market prices.


In other words, even for apartments sold in the same area, which construction company and brand built them has become important.


For example, in Daegu Metropolitan City, there is a brand that has solidified its position and enhanced its status. It is the Villiv brand. Having written a series of success stories in Daegu, Villiv is now launching new sales within Daegu.


Shinsegae Construction is selling ‘Villiv Lucent’ in the Chilseong-dong area of Buk-gu, Daegu. The complex is a residential-commercial mixed-use complex with a total of 258 units, consisting of exclusive areas of 84㎡, 108㎡, and 113㎡. Among them, 232 units will be available for general sale.


Forming a high-rise branded residential-commercial town and increasing the value as a new residential hub in Daegu, starting from Taepyeong-ro area and Villiv Beomeo, and successfully supplying Villiv Parkview, Villiv Sky, Villiv Premier, etc., the meeting of the ‘Villiv’ brand, which is increasing its influence in Daegu, is expected to attract interest.


In particular, ‘Villiv Lucent’ is located in a prime location within the Taepyeong-ro area and is already being evaluated as having excellent residential conditions. First, the transportation environment is outstanding. Daegu Station, where Daegu Line 1 and the Gyeongbu Line pass, is within walking distance, and Dongdaegu Station, where KTX and SRT pass, is also nearby. Additionally, road networks such as Taepyeong-ro and Jungang-daero are well connected. Furthermore, with the scheduled opening of the Daegu Metropolitan Area Railroad in 2023, inter-regional travel is expected to become more convenient.


Excellent educational environment and convenience facilities are also advantages. Nearby the complex, there are school districts including Jongno Elementary School, Daegu Il Middle School, Kyungmyung Girls’ Middle and High School, Chilseong High School, and Kyungpook National University Education High School. Cultural and residential convenience facilities such as Daegu Opera House, Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Homeplus, Daegu Complex Sports Town, and Dongseong-ro Rodeo Street are abundant.


Various development benefits such as the planned Daegu Urban Convergence Special Zone and the Chilseong Market improvement project around the complex are also noteworthy. Since positive effects such as regional economic revitalization are expected, improvements in residential environment and future value increase are also anticipated.


The Villiv brand’s unique specialized design also draws attention.
