Up to 50% Support... Busan City Recruiting Eligible Youth for Jeon-Wolse Brokerage Fee Assistance Busan City Hall.

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Busan City is supporting the 'Youth Jeonse and Monthly Rent Brokerage Fee' to alleviate the housing cost burden on young people and create a stable housing environment.

The 'Youth Jeonse and Monthly Rent Brokerage Fee Support Project' is being implemented for the first time this year, providing up to 50% of the brokerage fee costs for housing lease contracts with a transaction amount of 200 million KRW or less.

From August 1 until the project budget is exhausted, applicants will be recruited, with about 200 people to be selected.

Eligible applicants must be youth aged 18 to 34 residing in Busan as of the application date, have an annual income of 35 million KRW or less, and meet conditions such as payment of the remaining balance under the lease contract and completion of move-in registration.

The contract must be dated from January 1, 2022, and contracts for non-residential facilities or public rental housing are excluded from brokerage fee support.

Youth wishing to receive brokerage fee support can apply online through the Busan Youth Platform.

Required documents for application include a resident registration abstract, lease contract, brokerage fee payment receipt, employment/income verification documents, and a copy of the bankbook.

Lee Yoon-jae, Director of the Youth Industry-Academia Startup Bureau of Busan City, said, “We will continue to develop and implement various youth policies to make Busan a city where young people want to stay.”
