Hyundai Construction is set to open subscription applications for Hillstate Yuseong, an all-walkable residential officetel where all convenient living infrastructures around Yuseong Oncheon can be accessed on foot.
Hillstate Yuseong will be located in Bongmyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, consisting of 4 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, with 473 units of 84㎡ exclusive area. Subscription applications will be accepted on June 29 (Wednesday) through the Korea Real Estate Board's 'Subscription Home' website, with winners announced on July 4 (Monday). The official contract signing will take place over two days, July 5 (Tuesday) and July 6 (Wednesday), at the Hillstate Yuseong model house.
The complex offers access to Yuseong Oncheon Station and Gapcheon Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1 nearby. Additionally, the planned stop of the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram at Yuseong Oncheon Station is underway, positioning the area as a future transportation hub representing the northwest region of Daejeon. It is also easy to travel to Daejeon Station for KTX and SRT services, and the Yuseong Metropolitan Complex Transfer Center (Yuseong Complex Terminal) is under construction with a target completion in 2026, further enhancing the transportation environment.
Hillstate Yuseong boasts high residential convenience based on its location where all key infrastructures around Yuseong Oncheon can be enjoyed on foot. Large shopping facilities such as NC Department Store and Homeplus Yuseong Branch, movie theaters, major hospitals, and the commercial district around Yuseong Oncheon Station are all within walking distance. The commuting conditions to Jangdae Elementary School, Jangdae Middle School, Yuseong High School, KAIST, and Chungnam National University are also excellent.

Meanwhile, Hillstate Yuseong is a residential officetel subject to the Building Act, allowing anyone aged 19 or older to apply without a subscription savings account, including household heads, household members, and homeowners. As an officetel, loans of up to 70% are possible, making the initial financial burden relatively low for buyers.
Hillstate Yuseong is currently operating its model house.
