Lotte Chilsung Launches Fruit-Flavored Carbonated Drink 'Tams Zero'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced on the 11th that it will launch three types of fruit-flavored carbonated drinks called 'Tams Zero.'


Tams Zero comes in three flavors: orange, lemon, and apple-kiwi. According to the company, the product was launched after more than a year of preparation, selecting fruits with high preference based on consumer surveys conducted before product development. It was released as zero-calorie in line with the health-conscious consumer trend. Another feature is the increased carbonation volume to enhance the sharp and refreshing sensation, tailored to the taste of the main target group, young consumers.


The packaging is initially offered in two types: a 355mL can and a 600mL PET bottle. The company plans to diversify the volume in the future. Representative fruit images for each flavor are included to make the product characteristics easily recognizable at a glance, and the PET bottle has a slim shape that fits comfortably in one hand, with curves and grooves added to improve grip. Along with the product launch, Lotte Chilsung Beverage aired a new commercial featuring the popular girl group aespa on the 8th.


A Lotte Chilsung Beverage official said, "Tams Zero is a product that allows you to lightly enjoy delicious fruit-flavored carbonated drinks with zero calories," adding, "We plan to focus on promoting the product through various promotions such as product sampling and consumer events along with the launch."
