Korail Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters "Joint Inspection of Facility Services to Enhance Convenience for Transportation Vulnerable Groups"

KORAIL Gwangju Jeonnam Headquarters invited a total of 10 people from the Convenience Facility Support Center and disabled persons to plan improvements in various human services and facility services based on their advice.

In particular, this joint inspection was the first event of its kind, where actual disabled people used the station and provided feedback on the shortcomings, leading to improvements. It is reported that the disabled community responded very positively to this system.
