Lotte Construction announced on the 26th that the 'Nollaum Magok' knowledge industry center and support facilities, located in the Magok-dong area of Gangseo-gu, Seoul, have been completely sold out.
'Nollaum Magok' is the first knowledge industry center to apply Lotte Construction's new brand. The name is a compound of "knowledge" and the suffix "-um," meaning a space where knowledge gathers, inspiration is shared, and amazing creativity is manifested.
'Nollaum Magok' is a mega business town hosting large corporations and large-scale complex facilities (MICE), supplied right in front of the Magok district. It consists of 281 knowledge industry center units and 22 support facilities, spanning from 5 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 30,711㎡.
The knowledge industry center maximizes both marketability and efficiency by separating office types by floor into business-type and manufacturing-type offices. Floors 1 to 12 above ground feature section offices with movable walls, allowing companies to lease spaces tailored to their size, accommodating everything from one-person companies to startups and venture firms. Additionally, a drive-in system is planned on basement floors 1 and 2, enabling cargo vehicles to access directly in front of units. Retail stores will be located on the 1st and 2nd floors above ground, greatly enhancing convenience for tenant employees.
Nearby, Olympic-daero and Gangbyeonbuk-ro are accessible, facilitating convenient commuting and logistics movement to major urban centers in Seoul and the metropolitan area. It is also easy to reach Gimpo International Airport and Incheon International Airport via the nearby Gonghang-daero. Move-in is scheduled for January 2024.
A Lotte Construction official stated, "The supply volume near the Magok district is low compared to demand, so inquiries from many potential customers continued even before the promotional center opened."
