[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Hotel Seoul announced on the 28th that it has won the '2021 Best Business Hotel in Seoul' award for the 12th consecutive year at the '2021 Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards' hosted by the business travel magazine Business Traveller.


Business Traveller, founded in the UK in 1976, is a travel magazine targeting business travelers. The Business Traveller Asia-Pacific Awards select outstanding companies and institutions in four categories: hotels, airlines, airports, and cities. This year, a subjective survey based on customer experiences from 2019 to the present was conducted among Business Traveller subscribers worldwide.


Lotte Hotel Seoul stated, "This award once again proves that the hotel is equipped with facilities and services optimized for business travel," adding, "Its locational advantage in Euljiro, the central business district of Seoul, the largest royal suite in Korea, 1,015 diverse rooms, and 14 banquet halls capable of hosting international conferences and business events all contributed." The Executive Tower offers differentiated services such as 'Personal Check-in,' providing attentive guidance from the moment of check-in, and 'Le Salon,' an exclusive lounge for guests.


They also explained that hygiene and safety are strictly managed according to global standards. In December last year, they obtained the 'GBAC STAR Certification' from the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA). This means that disinfection and cleaning are regularly performed at a level comparable to that conducted in hospitals.


Kim Sang-min, General Manager of Lotte Hotel Seoul, said, "I am pleased that our continuous efforts to satisfy business travelers worldwide have led to this 12th consecutive award," and added, "We will continue to set new standards in hotel service and become a global hotel loved by travelers around the world."
