Ulsan Bukbu Police Station announced on the 20th that they are investigating Mr. A on charges of special injury.
Mr. A is accused of driving several hundred meters on a road in Ulsan at around 5:25 PM on the 19th, with Mr. B on the hood of his car, causing him to fall off and then fleeing the scene.
According to the police, Mr. A and Mr. B had a dispute while parking their vehicles in an empty lot in Buk-gu. Mr. A tried to leave the spot, but Mr. B blocked him and climbed onto the car hood.
The police, who were dispatched after receiving a report, caught Mr. A about 40 minutes after the escape.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances by interviewing witnesses and others involved.
