Earn Unlimited 5% Samsung Electronics Points at Galaxy Store
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 29th that it will launch the private label credit card (PLCC) 'Samsung Mobile Plus' in collaboration with Samsung Electronics' mobile division.
This card offers 5% Samsung Electronics points accumulation with no limit when used at the Galaxy Store. The Galaxy Store is a premium app store for Galaxy products, providing benefits for game enthusiasts such as game pre-orders and discounts on game skins and characters.
At Samsung.com, when paying 100,000 KRW or more with this card, users receive 10% Samsung Electronics points accumulation, up to a maximum of 20,000 points per month and 100,000 points per year. The Galaxy Store and Samsung.com accumulation benefits of Samsung Mobile Plus are available when spending 300,000 KRW or more in the previous month.
Additionally, if you spend 300,000 KRW or more in the previous month with this card, Samsung Electronics points accumulation benefits are also provided for mobile communication fees, delivery apps, convenience stores, and gas stations. When paying mobile communication fees via automatic payment, you can earn up to 10,000 Samsung Electronics points with 10% accumulation based on the previous month's spending. For delivery apps, convenience stores, and gas stations, a 5% Samsung Electronics points accumulation benefit is provided, up to a maximum of 20,000 points depending on the previous month's spending.
Samsung Electronics points are also accumulated when using online simple payments and streaming subscription payments. If you register this card for online simple payments such as Samsung Pay, you will earn unlimited 1% Samsung Electronics points regardless of the previous month's spending. Also, when paying streaming fees via subscription, 50% Samsung Electronics points accumulation is provided up to a maximum of 5,000 points per month. The streaming benefit is available when spending 300,000 KRW or more in the previous month.
Samsung Electronics points can be accumulated and used at Samsung Digital Plaza, Galaxy Store, Samsung.com, and other places after signing up for the Samsung Electronics membership.
The annual fee is 15,000 KRW for both domestic-only and international (Mastercard) versions.
