Yeosu City Operates Intensive Consultation Week to Support Establishment of Yeosu-type Social Economy Enterprises

Yeosu-si Social Economy Village Integrated Support Center to Provide Intensive Counseling Services from the 11th to the 26th

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] The Yeosu Social Economy Village Integrated Support Center announced on the 8th that it will operate a 'Social Economy Enterprise Establishment Support Intensive Consultation Week' to foster the Yeosu-type social economy enterprise model.

This consultation week will be held from the 11th to the 26th, during which the center's specialists will provide intensive consultation services from around 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For citizens wishing to establish social enterprises and village enterprises, the center will intensively support the preparation stages of entry documents for social enterprises and village enterprises, including ▲checking corporate status and operational status ▲requirements for social enterprises and village enterprises ▲preparation of application documents.

Any Yeosu citizen can apply, and applications can be made by reservation online (QR code) or by phone until the 17th.

A city official stated, "We expect this to provide practical consulting tailored to the environment for corporations wishing to enter the social economy," adding, "We will do our best to discover and foster Yeosu-type social economy enterprises with self-sustainability through the intensive consultation service."

Meanwhile, the Yeosu Social Economy Village Integrated Support Center was launched last month to revitalize the local social economy, build cooperative networks among social economy enterprises, and discover and foster social economy organizations.
