[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yangcheon-gu (Mayor Kim Soo-young) is carrying out the '2021 Seoul Jangdokdae with Neighbors' project to promote the excellence of traditional foods, spread correct awareness about healthy eating, and realize a healthy city Yangcheon.

On the morning of the 4th, at Mokdong Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, under the guidance of instructor Kim Eon-jeong from the Korea Fermented Soybean Paste Promotion Association, the jangdokdae cleaning and sterilization, checking the cleanliness of meju and mold inspection, placing meju in the jangdokdae and pouring saltwater were carried out in sequence for making jang (fermented paste).
