[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Booyoung Group is supplying a large-scale housing complex in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia in Southeast Asia.
Booyoung Khmer, a local subsidiary of Booyoung Group established in Cambodia, announced on the 30th that it opened the sales office for 'Borey Booyoung Sensok' in the Sensok district of Phnom Penh on the 29th and will begin full-scale supply.
Borey Booyoung Sensok, consisting of 716 households, is being developed on a project site of 110,608㎡ with a total floor area of 150,791㎡. It plans to offer various types of housing preferred by local residents, including flat houses, shop houses, link houses, and villas. Completion is scheduled for December next year.
The Sensok district, where the complex is located, is emerging as a new residential area and is the most actively developed area in Phnom Penh. Within 1 km of the complex, there are various commercial facilities such as warehouse-style large marts and modern shopping malls. An international school is also nearby, providing abundant living convenience facilities.
A sales official stated, "Thanks to the excellent location, investors and actual buyers are already showing great interest."
