Police Chief Min Gap-ryong Visits Security Sites in Gwangju and Jeonnam Regions

In particular, on the morning of the 4th, he attended the promotion appointment ceremony of Detective Na Dong-gwon of the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit in the Investigation Division at the Namak Hall of the Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency, where he presented the appointment letter to the promoted officer.

Detective Na Dong-gwon, honored with the promotion, is a veteran specialist investigator with over 10 years of investigative experience and is currently leading efforts to eradicate various cybercrimes in the Cyber Investigation Unit.

Detective Na was recognized for his achievements in arresting the ringleader of a body-cam phishing crime organization and a bankbook supply organization, as well as apprehending suspects who used macro programs to bulk-purchase masks during the COVID-19 disaster situation and resold them for illicit profits.
