[Asia Economy (Uijeongbu) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct practical training for 103 successful candidates from vocational high schools who passed the civil service exam over three days starting from the 29th at the Kim Dae-jung Hall in the Uijeongbu Northern Office.
This training program, newly established by the Gyeonggi Office of Education this year, aims to provide tailored practical training experiences before appointment to successful vocational high school civil service candidates to enhance their adaptability to public service.
The education program includes ▲ presentations on job adaptation cases by senior civil servants ▲ customized mentoring by job type ▲ Career-UP Festival ▲ creating self-leadership and vision towers ▲ sharing visions and giving feedback presentations.
Hwang Yoon-gyu, Director of the Future Education Policy Division at the Gyeonggi Office of Education, stated, "We hope this training will help successful vocational high school civil service candidates acquire basic competencies before entering the job and improve their organizational adaptability."
