According to Zigbang on the 1st, the nationwide apartment move-in volume in January 2020 is expected to be 24,121 households, an 8.57% increase compared to 22,218 households in December 2019. During this period, the metropolitan area is expected to decrease by 12.18% to 9,024 households, while local regions are expected to increase by 26.42% to 15,097 households. The metropolitan area is expected to see a decrease in apartments in Seoul, while local regions are expected to increase mainly in Gyeongbuk and Busan.
Compared to the previous month, the expected move-in volumes by region are anticipated to increase in the following order: ▲Gyeongbuk 2,736 households ▲Busan 2,729 households ▲Gyeonggi 1,552 households ▲Jeonbuk 1,254 households. Regions with decreases include Seoul, Chungbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongnam in the order of ▽Seoul 2,804 households ▽Chungbuk 1,382 households ▽Daegu 710 households ▽Gyeongnam 545 households.
Major apartment complexes expected to move in nationwide in January include 'Sanggye Station Central Prugio' in Sanggye 4 District redevelopment site in Seoul, 'Boramae SK View' in Shingil 5 District redevelopment site, 'Gwangmyeong Station U Planet Desiang' located in the KTX Gwangmyeong Station complex cultural district in Gyeonggi Province, and 'Ansan La Primo' in Seonbu Gunja Jugong 6 Complex reconstruction site. In Busan, 'e-Pyeonhansesang Ocean Terrace 1, 2, 3, 4 Complexes' and in Jeonbuk, 'Jeonju Hyochon District Woomirin Phase 2' are expected to move in.
'Sanggye Station Central Prugio' is located at 85-33, Sanggye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul. It consists of a total of 810 households, 7 buildings, with a maximum of 28 floors, and units ranging from 34 to 104 square meters. It is the first complex to move in among the Sanggye New Town 1-6 Districts redevelopment projects. Nearby is Sanggye Station on Subway Line 4, with elementary, middle, and high schools densely located, and surrounding natural environments such as Suraksan and Bulamsan Mountains, allowing residents to experience nature within the city.
'Boramae SK View' is located at 1583-1, Shingil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. It consists of a total of 1,546 households, 18 buildings, with a maximum of 29 floors, and units ranging from 39 to 136 square meters. As part of the Shingil 5 District redevelopment project, it is near Boramae Station on Subway Line 7, with convenience facilities and Boramae Park nearby, making it easy for residents to enjoy leisure activities.
'Gwangmyeong Station U Planet Desiang' is located at 512, Iljik-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of a total of 1,500 households, 6 buildings, with a maximum of 49 floors, and units ranging from 84 to 102 square meters. This high-rise residential-commercial complex is located in the KTX Gwangmyeong Station complex cultural district, making it a transit-oriented complex within walking distance to Gwangmyeong Station on Subway Line 1. Large convenience facilities are located nearby, providing a convenient living environment.
