"A lot of people perform on the streets in front of Hongik University, right? So when I go there with my friends, I sometimes just go up to people that I don't even know and hang out with them, making 'chi chi' sounds [while pretending to shake shakers]. And until recently, we'd given performances as well. We'd just sing without neither a djembe nor guitar so we wouldn't be able to finish even the first verse [laughs] but people threw us money and some guy even bought us spicy rice cakes. Nonetheless, that's how I like to hang out with people. Recently, I was at the playground in front of Hongik University and a team called Soundbox was hosting a text message talk show so I sent them a message saying, 'I'm a new actor and I have a shoot tomorrow but I'm having so much fun that I can't go home. I'm in trouble.' And they called me out so I got to promote myself as well."
