Girls' Generation, 2NE1 and more to show at Mnet's music awards

A number of top Korean artists will take part in this year's music awards hosted by cable music channel Mnet, according to a press release from CJ E&M. CJ E&M said on Saturday that Girls' Generation, 2NE1, YB and Dynamic Duo will take part in the 2011 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) to be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on November 29.Many top Korean actors are also set to appear at the festivities including Lee Byung-hun, Song Seung-heon, Song Joong-ki, Park Si-hoo, Ji-sung, Ko Soo, Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Hee-seon, Han Chae-young, Yoon Eun-hye, Han Hyo-joo and Kim Min-hee.This year's MAMA, to be hosted under the theme of 'music makes one,' will be broadcast live in 13 countries such as Singapore, Japan and Thailand while recorded and broadcast to seven more countries including China, the U.S. and France.Nominees for the 2011 MAMA include Super Junior, Girls' Generation, 2NE1, Brown Eyed Girls, BEAST, TVXQ, Big Bang, MBLAQ, Tablo and T-ara. ※ Any copying, republication or redistribution of 10Asia's content is expressly prohibited without prior consent of 10Asia.
