First, the Gangnam Jaseng Volunteer Group conducted a "home visit bedding replacement activity" the previous day to help elderly people living alone prepare for the change of seasons and spend a warm autumn and winter. On this day, about 20 employees of Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine and members of the Gangnam Jaseng Volunteer Group visited 20 households of elderly people living alone in the area, replacing their old bedding with new sets. They also cleaned the living environments and delivered groceries.

Jaseng Medical Foundation has consistently provided bedding support projects for marginalized groups. Notably, last year, the foundation signed a "work agreement for supporting the living conditions of national merit recipients" with the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, providing bedding sets worth 100 million won to 800 descendants of independence patriots and vulnerable national merit recipients.

On the same day, about 30 members of the Bundang Jaseng Volunteer Group, along with Bundang Jaseng Hospital Director Kim Kyunghun and staff, held a "Traditional Sauce (Doenjang and Soy Sauce) Sharing Ceremony" at Seongnam City Hall. In June, they participated in making traditional sauces, and after a three-month fermentation period, they delivered these sauces to 40 households in vulnerable groups, including single-parent families and elderly people living alone in the area.

It was emphasized that this delivery event was not simply about handing over goods, but was meaningful as an activity where the volunteer group directly participated in making the traditional sauces, thereby spreading positive influence.

Park Byungmo, Chairman of Jaseng Medical Foundation, said, "As the temperature gradually drops with the changing seasons, we organized this bedding replacement and traditional sauce sharing activity to offer warm attention and practical help to our neighbors in vulnerable groups. Jaseng Medical Foundation will continue to extend a helping hand to those left in the welfare blind spots."
