'Falling In Seafood' Concept
Collaboration with Tabasco Underway
E-Land Eats announced on September 7 that Ashley Queens, operated by the company, has kicked off its "Seafood Season."
Seafood Season is one of the most beloved seasons at Ashley Queens. This year, in line with the seasonal core trend, it is themed "Falling In Seafood: The Seasonal Seafood We Love." For this season, Ashley Queens has collaborated with the global hot sauce brand Tabasco.
Tabasco, produced by McIlhenny Company in the United States since 1868, is a hot sauce brand that offers a variety of options according to different levels of spiciness. Through this collaboration, Ashley Queens has developed new menu items using Tabasco sauces and has introduced a sauce sampler featuring four types of Tabasco: Tabasco Original Hot Sauce, Tabasco Chipotle Sauce, Tabasco Scorpion Sauce, and a new product, Tabasco Jalapeno Hot Sauce, which will be launched in October. These sauces can be paired with items from the Ashley Queens salad bar menu.
This season, Ashley Queens is offering a total of 10 seafood salad bar menu items. The lineup includes: Boiling Seafood (dinner, weekends), Harissa Fish Fillet with Tabasco Hot Sauce (dinner, weekends), Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Crab, Gamberi Rose Fettuccine, Crab Bianco Pizza, Spanish Seafood Paella, Bouillabaisse, Webfoot Octopus Spinach Ravioli (dinner, weekends), Gorgonzola Squid Gamtae Gnocchi, and Spicy Minari Blue Crab Soup, bringing together seafood dishes from around the world.
Ashley Queens is also presenting four limited-edition seasonal desserts featuring figs, which are in season from late summer to early autumn. The desserts include Fig Shortcake, Fig Fig Flatbread, Chewy Fig Cookies, and Fig Chiffon Sandwich. In addition, a steak menu item, "Surf and Turf Steak with Tabasco Chipotle Sauce," is available for separate order.
An Ashley Queens representative stated, "To celebrate Seafood Season, which pairs perfectly with spicy flavors, we have collaborated with Tabasco, the leading hot sauce brand. Guests can enjoy the unique experience of mixing and matching four levels of hot sauce with each menu item according to their preferences."
