Reserve Gwanghwamun will be operated as a Reserve-exclusive store where customers can enjoy Starbucks' highest quality premium coffee in the city, following 'Jangchung Lounge R' and 'Reserve Dosan'. The store will serve beverages made exclusively with Starbucks Reserve beans, which are cultivated in single-origin regions and are known for their deep and unique flavors. Through expert curation by baristas, customers can choose their preferred beverage, beans, and extraction method, providing a differentiated service experience.

At the experiential bar, customers can watch close-up performances of baristas delicately preparing drinks using various extraction devices, such as the 'Reserve Smoked Cold Fashioned', which is visually enhanced by infusing smoke with a smoke gun, and the 'French Vanilla Matcha Latte', which maximizes sweet flavors by torching the cream.

Additionally, Reserve beverages designed for busy office workers, such as the 'Reserve Black & White Cold Brew'-an Einspanner drink generously topped with handmade vanilla cream-will be available for convenient enjoyment. Starbucks will also offer unique Reserve experiences based on coffee, such as the 'Espresso Martini', 'Latte Whiskey Martini', and 'Whiskey Infused Cold Brew', which are cocktail beverages developed from Starbucks' signature coffee menu items like espresso, latte, and cold brew.

At 'Bar Mixato', the exclusive cocktail bar of Reserve Gwanghwamun, customers can try the 'Gwanghwamun Mixato', a signature drink developed to symbolize Gwanghwamun. This is the first time Starbucks has used a landmark name in a beverage title. The drink features a visual reminiscent of the Taegeuk symbol, with layers of red hibiscus tea and blue lime. By adding traditional soju to the beverage, it captures both Korean symbolism and a global sensibility, reflecting the K-culture trend.

Starbucks will also introduce a variety of food menu items to further enrich the Reserve experience. The sandwiches, made directly by partners, include three options: 'Jambon Rucola Sandwich', 'Caesar Chicken Sandwich', and 'Cheese Fondant Jambon Sandwich', allowing customers to enjoy them fresh according to their preferences. In addition, various food package products will be offered, such as the 'Food Flight', which lets customers sample five signature Reserve foods at once, as well as the 'Mini Dessert Set' and 'Sandwich Box'.

Reserve Gwanghwamun features about 130 seats and harmoniously incorporates various interior elements reminiscent of overseas Starbucks Roasteries. On the wall of the experiential bar, a 'Flicker Board' displays Reserve bean information, diverse artworks, and welcome messages for customers with seat reservations, offering the enjoyment of watching real-time changing content.

Jung-Hyun Sohn, CEO of Starbucks Korea, stated, "Reserve Gwanghwamun is a premium coffee house established to offer a special coffee experience in Gwanghwamun, the heart and landmark of Seoul. I hope you will enjoy moments of relaxation and elegance at Reserve Gwanghwamun, which embodies everything about Starbucks Reserve."
