In particular, they agreed to cooperate in providing field-oriented educational opportunities in connection with public education programs and to spread the multifaceted values of agriculture.

Accordingly, Sancheong County will develop and promote rural experience learning programs, while the Sancheong Office of Education will implement these programs in connection with the school curriculum.

In addition, the rural education farms will focus on creating a safe environment for hands-on experiences and nurturing specialized skills, operating sustainable educational content so that rural areas can serve as vibrant learning spaces.

Sancheong County plans to continuously discover new experiential learning models based on rural resources, and to establish a mutually beneficial structure in which public education and rural communities grow together through close cooperation with educational institutions, using this agreement as a starting point.

Governor Lee Seunghwa stated, "This agreement is meaningful in that it serves as a starting point for creating a new link between education and agriculture," and added, "We will spare no effort to support children so that they can grow up experiencing the value of nature, life, and food in rural areas."

Currently, there are a total of eight rural education farms in Sancheong County, including Byeolatti Observatory, Meondang Farm, Pulkkot Nuri, and Jirisan Utsumkkot Farm. These farms operate educational content that reflects local characteristics, such as ecology, honey, persimmons, traditional foods, natural dyeing, and astronomy.
