A YouTuber who caused controversy by posting a message threatening to kill Moon Hyung-bae, Acting Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, was arrested for causing a disturbance while intoxicated but was later released.

According to the police on the 23rd, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant for A, a YouTuber in his 40s, on charges including obstruction of business, but the prosecution decided not to request the warrant the day before. A is accused of causing a disturbance while intoxicated at a restaurant in Yongsan-gu on the 21st, using abusive language such as "red XX".
