CESCO, selected as the recipient of the Chairman’s Award from the Win-Win Growth Committee, has conducted the ‘Food Safety Alley Creation’ social contribution campaign with SBS’s Alley Restaurant, carried out hygiene improvement projects to revitalize traditional markets and alley commercial districts, and implemented the ‘Delicious Jeju Creation’ social contribution project supporting small restaurants in collaboration with Hotel Shilla Jeju. Additionally, through the ‘CESCO Members Mark Marble Campaign’ supporting small business owners’ operations, CESCO has provided various environmental hygiene solutions such as pest control, food safety inspections, and education to help small business owners, who form the foundation of the local economy, build self-sustainability.
In August last year, in cooperation with the government, CESCO promoted the ‘Public-Private Joint Overseas Bedbug Inflow Prevention Campaign,’ operating the Bedbug Control Center at Incheon International Airport to lead efforts in preventing bedbug inflow. It also donates a portion of the profits from environmental hygiene products to WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) to support marine ecosystem conservation.
A CESCO representative stated, “This meaningful result recognizes CESCO’s efforts to protect the growth of small business owners and local communities together,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen ESG management as a comprehensive environmental hygiene company responsible for the environment and hygiene, and persist in our efforts for the sustainable growth of small business owners.”
