Actor Sung Hoon, who gained fame by appearing on the entertainment program ‘I Live Alone,’ was revealed to have purchased a luxury apartment located in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul last year.

According to the court registry copy on the 25th, Sung Hoon (real name Bang Sung Hoon) bought one unit of the residential-commercial complex apartment 'Sangji Kyleum Black' in Yeoksam-dong, with an exclusive area of 69.65㎡, on October 18 last year for 2.62467 billion KRW. The ownership was transferred on November 20. A bank mortgage with a maximum claim amount of 1.44 billion KRW is set on the unit. Considering that this usually corresponds to about 120% of the loan amount, it is estimated that he borrowed approximately 1.2 billion KRW to purchase it. The current asking price for apartments of the same size in this complex ranges from the high 2.7 billion KRW to the mid 2.9 billion KRW.

Completed in June last year, Sangji Kyleum Black is located at the corner of the intersection where Bongeunsa-ro and Eonju-ro cross in Gangnam. It consists of 40 units in total: 20 officetels and 20 residential units, spanning from three basement floors to 20 floors above ground. Floors 2 to 6 are single-story officetels, while floors 7 to 20 are duplex apartments. All duplex apartments feature terraces. The height of the duplex living rooms exceeds 6 meters.

Aiming to be a top-tier residential facility, this complex was constructed using imported tiles, furniture, and materials from renowned overseas brands. It also offers shared community facilities such as an indoor golf practice range and a private fitness center. Additional services include hospital-linked programs, 24-hour concierge service, and living services such as breakfast service, housekeeping, wake-up calls, parcel delivery, and laundry handling.

Among the neighbors is actor Kim Kang-woo, who is also the brother-in-law of actress Han Hye-jin. Kim Kang-woo purchased an apartment in this complex for about 2.7 billion KRW at the end of last year.
