KOSDAQ-listed company Jokwang ILI (Jokwang ILI) announced on the 28th that the preferred negotiation partner for the change of the largest shareholder has been changed from the existing IBKS New Fund Association to Alpenroot New Fund Association. Alpenroot New Fund Association is a fund to be established with Alpenroot Asset Management as the managing partner.
