Shinsegae Live Shopping Signs Business Agreement with CJ Daehan Tongun to Improve Partner Delivery

Introducing 'Shinsegae Live Shopping O-NE' Service

Shinsegae Live Shopping announced on the 5th that it signed a business agreement with CJ Logistics on the 4th regarding partner delivery and will launch the ‘Shinsegae Live Shopping O-NE’ service.

‘Shinsegae Live Shopping O-NE’ is a new service that improves the ‘partner direct delivery’ method, where partner companies deliver products directly to customers. Shinsegae Live Shopping takes responsibility for overall management of customers and products, while CJ Logistics will handle efficient logistics operations, including preventing delivery delays.

Currently, Shinsegae Live Shopping delivers products through its own logistics centers, but some partner companies send parcels directly to customers. Since small and medium-sized partners manage and send parcels themselves, it has been difficult to systematically manage deliveries such as collecting returns and notifying delivery times compared to direct management by Shinsegae Live Shopping.

The Shinsegae Live Shopping O-NE service automatically links partner companies using CJ Logistics’ program with Shinsegae Live Shopping’s logistics system. This enables Shinsegae Live Shopping to manage delivery services for partner-delivered products comprehensively, allowing immediate response to customer needs and expected faster delivery speeds. Additionally, improved delivery quality is anticipated to increase purchase conversion rates. Furthermore, the ‘Same-day Delivery Service (Today O-NE)’ and ‘Next-day Arrival Service (Tomorrow O-NE)’ will be expanded to include partner direct delivery products.
