Purchases Up to 500,000 Won Per Person Per Month Allowed
Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu) announced that from the 27th to December 31st, it will conduct a special discount sale (10%) of the Suncheon Love Gift Certificate for about one month to support small business owners and stabilize prices during the year-end and New Year period.
The city issues the Suncheon Love Gift Certificate to all citizens aged 19 and older to promote local consumption and contribute to economic revitalization.
The Suncheon Love Gift Certificate is issued in two forms: mobile and paper. Individuals can purchase up to 500,000 KRW per month, and the paper type can be purchased up to 300,000 KRW per month.
The mobile type (card or QR) gift certificates can be purchased through the local gift certificate app "chak," and the paper type can be purchased through local NongHyup branches.
Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu of Suncheon said, "Through this special discount sale, we hope that benefits will be shared not only by small business owners but also by all citizens who consume. Since the Suncheon Love Gift Certificate has a virtuous cycle effect on the local economy, we hope it will contribute to revitalizing the real economy by using the gift certificates."
