SK Ecoplant Wins Remodeling Project in Sanbon, Gunpo, Gyeonggi

Total Contract Amount of 186.3 Billion KRW

SK Ecoplant announced on the 30th that it won the contract for the ‘Sanbon Chungmu Jugong 2nd Complex Phase 2 Apartment Remodeling Housing Project’ in Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi Province through the contractor selection general meeting held on the 28th.

This project involves horizontally expanding the existing 476-unit apartment complex in Geumjeong-dong, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi Province, to remodel it into a total of 546 units. SK Ecoplant secured the contract independently, with a total contract amount of 186.3 billion KRW.

The project site is a prime location directly connected to Sanbon Station on Subway Line 4 via a pedestrian overpass, and is adjacent to the Metropolitan Area 1st Circular Expressway, making travel to Seoul and nearby areas convenient. E-Mart, Wonkwang University Hospital, Gunpo City Hall, Gunpo Police Station, and Gunpo Citizens Sports Plaza are all within a 10-minute walking distance.

SK Ecoplant entered the remodeling market for the first time last year and has consecutively secured contracts in Seoul, Incheon, and Yongin, Gyeonggi Province. With this remodeling contract, the company has expanded into the first-generation new town areas where urban renewal projects are actively underway.
