Samil Accounting Corporation Selected as '2023 Korea's Top Job Creator'... First Accounting Firm to Receive the Honor

On the 5th, Samil Accounting Corporation announced that it has been selected as the first accounting firm to receive the '2023 Korea Job Excellence Company' award hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.


The Korea Job Excellence Company is a system established by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to select private companies that create quality jobs and generate social value through improvements in the working environment. ▲Job creation performanceReduction of working hours and practice of work-life balanceExcellence in youth employmentConsideration for women, persons with disabilities, and the elderlyConversion of non-regular workers to regular workers and various other indicators are evaluated by industry and company size to select outstanding companies. Since 2018, about 100 excellent companies have been discovered annually.


Samil Accounting Corporation’s selection as a Job Excellence Company is recognized as an acknowledgment of its corporate culture activities aimed at job creation and improvement of the working environment. It received high evaluations for nurturing talent by providing a high level of education to its members, continuously implementing a fair personnel system without discrimination against youth, women, and persons with disabilities, and reforming the compensation system.


So far, Samil Accounting Corporation has strived to establish a horizontal organizational culture aimed at the sustainable growth of its members. It formed a dedicated team to improve work methods and organizational culture and actively communicates with members through its self-developed platform for internal communication called 'Oneul-ui Samil' (Today’s Samil). Additionally, it has improved work methods and the working environment by introducing flexible working hours and a reduced working hours system for pregnant employees to protect maternity. Furthermore, it established a workplace daycare center called 'Samil Daycare' and a standard workplace for persons with disabilities called 'Samil Happiness Sharing' to support work-family balance and employment stability and retention for vulnerable groups such as women and persons with disabilities.
