Kakao announced on the 19th that it will donate 500 million KRW to the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association for flood recovery.
Kakao's social contribution platform, 'Kakao Together Value,' opened an emergency donation box for heavy rain damage on the 15th to encourage nationwide participation in donations. The ongoing emergency fundraising campaign for flood recovery support, in collaboration with the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association and the Community Chest of Korea, has so far attracted participation from over 130,000 people. The raised donations have exceeded 370 million KRW.
Users who wish to participate in the fundraising can easily donate their desired amount directly through the donation box page or by writing a comment at the bottom.
