[Featured Stock] VT GMP Ranks No.1 on Japan's Qoo10 for 4 Consecutive Years... Cosmetics Business Value Reassessed Upward

VT GMP is showing strong performance. The cosmetics business division is gaining attention following the news that VT Cosmetic ranked first for four consecutive years on the Japanese online shopping mall Qoo10.


As of 9:23 AM on the 1st, VT GMP is trading at 6,490 KRW, up 3.34% compared to the previous day.


The day before, VT GMP announced that it had achieved first place for four consecutive years on the Japanese online shopping mall Qoo10. The products that ranked this time are the 'Retin-A Line' launched in the first quarter and the upcoming 'Riddle Shot' product. Ahead of June's 'Mega Wari' (Qoo10's large discount event), they swept the top three positions in the comprehensive category.


The Retin-A Line is an anti-aging line launched to improve pores, wrinkles, and elasticity. Riddle Shot is a product that coats natural micro-needle ingredients with Cica to provide deep skin regeneration effects. It contains Cica Hyalon ingredients that help soothe the skin and strengthen the moisture barrier. This product will be launched in Japan in July.


Seonjae Heo, a researcher at SK Securities, said, "VT GMP has already established dense offline distribution channels with more than 15,000 locations including Japanese drugstores and convenience stores, as well as major online channels such as Qoo10, Rakuten, and Amazon. Therefore, it is expected to enter a full-scale performance growth phase through steady new product launches that can increase the average spending per customer." He added, "It is necessary to pay attention to the new Cica (CICA) Riddle Shot (essence) product scheduled for release in July this year."


He analyzed, "VT GMP's consolidated sales and operating profit this year are expected to increase by 12.6% and 40.1% year-on-year to 270.4 billion KRW and 33.1 billion KRW, respectively," and added, "It is now reasonable to consider VT GMP as one of the fully-fledged domestic small and medium-sized cosmetics companies."
