They will be responsible for conveying residents' inconveniences over the next two years, proposing suggestions necessary for legislative activities, and promoting legislative activities.
Member Moon Seon-yeong said, "I decided to participate because I have always been interested in single mothers and neighbors in difficult situations," adding, "I will not forget the passionate heart I have now and will work hard to learn and be active."
Kim Jae-sik, Chairman of Dong-gu, stated, "For the system to take root, opinions must be freely expressed rather than being bound by formalities," and added, "While the council members work hard, I hope you will give many sharp criticisms on parts that have not been seen or considered."
