GS Construction to Launch Dunsan Xi I-Park in June

GS Construction announced on the 26th that Dunsan Xi I-Park, located in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City, will be offered for sale next month.

Dunsan Xi I-Park (jointly constructed by GS Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company) will be developed on a scale of 1,974 households across 12 buildings, ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 42, with exclusive areas of 59 to 145㎡. Among these, 1,353 households are available for general sale. The complex is designed with a total of 11 diverse types to allow residents to choose according to their various lifestyles.


Tanbang-dong, where the complex is located, is within the Dunsan New Town living area, enabling convenient residential life. Residents can easily access various amenities such as Galleria Department Store, Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Save Zone, CGV, and Megabox, making daily life convenient. Various public institutions and financial institutions, including the Government Daejeon Office, City Hall, Office of Education, Prosecutor's Office, and Police Agency, are also easily accessible within the administrative town.


Eulji University Hospital is nearby, and parks such as Boramae Park and Namsun Park are within the living area, providing excellent leisure opportunities. Baegun Elementary School, Goejeong Middle and High Schools are within walking distance, and the area offers excellent educational conditions with access to the nationally popular Dunsan academy district.


The convenient transportation environment also draws attention. The complex has easy access via National Road No. 32, which borders the site, and is located within walking distance of Tanbang Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, making it a station-area location. It also offers easy access to metropolitan railways such as KTX Seodaejeon Station and Daejeon Station, as well as highways including the Gyeongbu Expressway and the Honam Expressway branch.


Dunsan Xi I-Park is expected to attract high interest from demanders seeking large-scale new apartments. This is because there has not been a single large-scale apartment complex with over 1,000 households supplied in Dunsan New Town, Daejeon, for 25 years since 1998 (Sammeori 1 and 2 complexes).


Various community facilities for residents' convenience are also planned. The community facilities within the complex include a swimming pool and kids' pool usable comfortably throughout all four seasons, an indoor golf practice range, fitness club, table tennis room, a small library and reading room, and a cafeteria for residents.


A GS Construction sales official said, “Many inquiries have been received regarding the product and schedule for this large-scale new apartment complex, which has not been supplied in Dunsan New Town, considered the center of Daejeon, for 25 years. As this complex is expected to become a landmark apartment representing the region in the future, we will do our best to prepare excellent products and various community facilities to enhance resident satisfaction.”
