Redevelopment of Imun 1 District... 920 Households for General Sale in the First Half of the Year

Samsung C&T Construction Division is introducing a large-scale Raemian complex with over 3,000 households in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. The main project is 'Raemian La Grande,' redeveloped from the Imun 1 Redevelopment Promotion Zone.

Raemian La Grande consists of 39 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 3,069 households, of which 920 units will be available for general sale. By exclusive area, the units for general sale include ▲52㎡ 45 units ▲55㎡ 173 units ▲59㎡ 379 units ▲74㎡ 123 units ▲84㎡ 182 units ▲99㎡ 10 units ▲114㎡ 8 units. The complex name La Grande (La Grande) is a compound of the Spanish words 'La,' meaning unique, and 'Grande,' meaning large city.

The transportation conditions are convenient with walking access to Hyehwa Station and Sinimun Station on Subway Line 1, and easy travel throughout Seoul via the Northern and Eastern arterial roads. The educational environment is also well established. Nearby schools include Imun Elementary School, Seokgwan Middle and High Schools, Kyunghee Middle and High Schools (private), and nearby universities include Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Kyunghee University, and Korea National University of Arts. Convenience facilities include Kyunghee Medical Center, Samyook Seoul Hospital, E-Mart Mukdong Branch, Cheongnyangni Lotte Department Store, and Lotte Mart, with easy access to Cheonjangsan Mountain, Uireung Royal Tomb, and Jungnangcheon Stream.

Samsung C&T plans to introduce Raemian’s differentiated landscaping products in the Imun 1 redevelopment. An eco-friendly complex will be created featuring various gardens themed around forests and a circular walking trail. Additionally, community centers built for each complex will include facilities such as fitness centers, golf practice ranges, saunas, resident cafes, guest houses, senior citizen centers, and daycare centers.

Raemian La Grande is preparing for general sales in the first half of this year. The scheduled move-in date is October 2024.
