The acquisition amount is 35.05 billion KRW, which corresponds to 5.37% of the company's equity capital. After the acquisition, the shareholding ratio will be 100% (103,400,020 shares). The company stated that this move is "to secure new growth engines through diversification of the business portfolio and to create synergy with affiliates."
