He also stated that the 'Roe v. Wade' ruling, which recognized abortion rights, should be codified into law. He said, "Filibuster should not obstruct us on this path," and "Currently, the Senate lacks enough votes to change the filibuster (a legitimate parliamentary procedure) rules.
