Non-face-to-face Medical Platform 'Namanui Doctor' Establishes Weekend and Nighttime Remote Medical Services

Non-face-to-face Medical Platform 'Namanui Doctor' Establishes Weekend and Nighttime Remote Medical Services

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwanju] Meraki Place, the operator of the non-face-to-face medical platform 'Namanui Doctor,' announced on the 29th that it has established a system to provide non-face-to-face medical services during weekends and nighttime.

The recent expansion of the Namanui Doctor service includes three aspects: ▲ consultation and prescription hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 PM) ▲ medicine delivery hours (9:00 AM to 10:30 PM) ▲ same-day and nighttime quick delivery support in some areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi.

The non-face-to-face nighttime medical service was prepared to actively strengthen medical care beyond COVID-19, as non-face-to-face medical treatment rapidly expanded since the COVID-19 outbreak and is expected to become a key part of the post-COVID-19 era.

Additionally, in high-demand areas such as some parts of Seoul and Gyeonggi (Seocho, Gangnam, Songpa, Gangdong, and Bundang-gu in Seongnam), same-day quick delivery service is provided even after nighttime consultations.

Meraki Place stated, "Although non-face-to-face medical treatment has overcome spatial constraints, we extended service hours to alleviate the inconvenience experienced by patients who feel restricted by consultation times," adding, "By providing consultations during nighttime hours as well, we expect to minimize medical service gaps."
